TAXES + DUTIES

As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Our shipping fee does not cover taxes. If a payment is required, it will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the item gets returned to us as a result of unpaid duties, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your order refund or credit note. Original shipping costs will also not be refunded.

PRE ORDER SHIPPING

Items on pre order take approx 4-6 weeks to produce and we will ship once they have completed production. Shipping time is not included in the production lead time.
